Birch it's our smallest type of room with 20 - 24 sq m
double bed with comfortable boxspring (2 x90x200cm), mostly daylight-bathrooms

Double Room, single occupancy
24 - 29 sq m, double bed with box-spring (2 x 90 x 200cm) with shower or bathtub, a few have a balcony, or access to the terrace (but not all) all are non-smoking.
Doubleroom superior "spruce"
our superior room spruce with 24 - 28 sq m, big double bed wtih comfort box-spring (2 x 90 x 200cm)
- shower or bathtub-some rooms have balcony, some have access to the terrace but some don't- a romantic canopy bed is with an extraprice on top and only if it is vacant- all rooms are non-smoking
Doubleroom deluxe "beech"
Doubleroom deluxe beech is our largest type of doublebed-room with 30 - 37 sq m; double bed with box-spring (2 x 90 x 200 cm) - 1 room has twin-beds, 2 rooms have a connecting door - some rooms have balcony or loggia, some don't. All are non-smoking rooms, all either shower or bathtub.
A romantic canopy bed is with an extraprice on top and only if it is vacant.
Suite
Our 4 unique suites each have very special features in the equipment and floor plan. This results in their individual charm.
- Room sizes between 38-68 m²
- King-size double bed (180 x 200) with box-spring mattress
- Tea station / kettle
- Some are maisonette suites and have two flat screen TVs with 37 inches each
- 3 of our suites have in the luxurious bathroom a large corner bath with golden swan faucet.
